Help/advice for hotel

We are a family of 5 and need a suite type hotel that is reasonably priced. Noticed the Tremont but have really read some mixed reviews. Does anyone out there know anything about this place ? Or can you recommend something ?

When are you visiting, and what do you consider ';reasonably priced';?

We are thinking of Labor Day Weekend (8/30-9/2) I would prefer to keep it under $200/night. I like the suite idea beacause of the 3 kids. 2 could share the sofa bed and the baby can sleep in her stroller or a pack and play. Any adivce is greatly appreciated!!
