penthouse or terrace suite at HI

I am wondering if anyone knows of a penthouse suite or a terrace suite with private outside hottub at the HI and suites on 17th. My sister and I are looking for a luxury suite for New Years Eve for us and our husbands(no kids).

I have looked at their website and there is no mention of them and I called the hotel and a lady sent me a brochure and it does not say anything either. I don%26#39;t think she understood what I was saying. She may have been very busy at the time.

Also as far as I understand is the Hilton completely non smoking? I have info on their terrace suite but we need a smoking room or at least be able to smoke on the balcony.

I ran into the same thing at HI. From what I remember only a manager can rent the special Penthouse. They would not give me any info on it on over the phone. When I was there last year I asked about it but the manager wasn%26#39;t around to help me. I%26#39;m not too sure why all the hush hush about it but I know I%26#39;ll never stay in it.

it does seem sorta strange. I guess we will go with the Hilton which looks a little nicer and the lady I talked to there gave me all kinds of info on their specialty suites.

The new Hilton Suites on 33rd has the rooms you are looking for.

Thanks Sunlver we have in fact booked a regular suite and a terrace suite at the Hilton. Should be lots of fun. I don%26#39;t want summer to be over but we are now counting the days untill New Years!!!!!
