which hotel is nicer (cleaner, newer) and which is in a better location. which should i stay at
marriott waterfront or renaiaaance harborplace hotel?
I haven%26#39;t heard of any cleanliness issues at either property - have your checked the reviews here on TA?
Marriott Waterfront is newer, but I would prefer the ';right in the middle of things'; location for the Renaissance over the ';still near everything but not quite in the middle of things'; location of the Waterfront. Just my opinion. I don%26#39;t think you can go wrong with either place.

The Renassiance just underwent a $15 million renovation. Marriott Waterfront would probably still be my hotel of choice.
