Getting Bored of OC-Anything New???

My family has been going to OC MD for years. Although I am going again this summer, I am finding OC to be a little boring. Is there anything new going on in OC?? New attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. It seems like the town is being over run with new condos. Please let me know if I can look forward to something new.

Looks like there might be even less, seeing as how there is a possibility that Trimper%26#39;s will be shut down after this summer. Bummer. Have you gone on any of the speed boats? The OC and Sea Rockets? Those seem like a lot of fun. Might try that next week when we go.

There may not be a lot of new things in town, but I suspect there are plenty of things within an hour drive that might be new to you if you want to broaden your geographic horizons.

Have you ever ventured out to the Delaware beaches? Salisbury for a baseball game? Blackwater wildlife refuge? Assateague? Antiquing in Berlin?

I wanted to respond yesterday to this but had no time but now I do. Lets see, you are bored at the beach. I don%26#39;t know how since OC offers a good amount for all ages.

Boadwalk, amusement rides, arcade games, shops and all the food places.

There is jet ski and boat rentals, charter fishing, crabbing and boat rides.

Morning biked rentals or bring your own

Morning jogging on the boadwalk for exercise

Cruise up the cost just for a drive and sight seeing

Assateage Island to see the horses or just a nature%26#39;s walk

If your of age, OC has many bars,taverns or night clubs to go to

did I mention minature golf, jolly roger or go-carts

If you can%26#39;t find something to do in OC then you do not have an imagination.

Oh I forgot one, just sitting on the beach for a day

Thanks everyone for the ideas. I need to clarify that I still love all that OC has to offer, but I was just wondering if I could expect anything new. Thanks again for the imput. By the way I hope the city has plans on keeping Trimper%26#39;s. It would be so sad to see it go, especially to more condos.
