Hi. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how big the rooms at the Seawatch are. I hear they are 2 bedrooms ,a den, and 2 bathrooms.
Does anyone know the square footage? Thanks.
Sea Watch RoomsHi Firstmom,
I%26#39;m not sure of the square footage, but my extended family and I have stayed at various units at the Seawatch for the past 7 years. All together, I have probably been in about 20 different units over the years. The units are not huge, however, we spend so little time in the condo that we do not find that to be a problem. Most of the master bedrooms have a king size bed with some room to spare (but not for another bed...just your ';stuff.';) The second bedroom usually has either a queen sized bed or two twins. We have been to two units that have a queen and an extra twin. The den usually has a pull out couch. The Coldwell Banker site has pictures of some of the units available for rent. Keep in mind that they are all individually owned, so the decorating and appliance quality vary from unit to unit. We leave for our annual week tomorrow morning, so the excitement is building at my house! We have found the Seawatch to be a wonderful place for a family vacation.
Sea Watch RoomsMy family rented a two bedroom unit with another family last year. Bad idea. The room was nice, clean and spacious but not big enough for two families with kids. The building has a lot of nice amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, game room, snack shop, etc) I would stay again just with my immediate family next time around.
