Does anyone know about The holiday Inn Express in Salisbury-Delmar ?

Is it a decent hotel for an overnight stay? We are heading to Virginia Beach early the next morning...

If not, what is a good alternative?

It is a very new hotel that was just built last year (2005). The hotel has an outdoor pool, business center, and exercise room. A continental breakfast consisting of a variety of breakfast items (including delicious cinnamon rolls) is served each morning, which is an added value.
