Rideau Motor Inn?

I found a decent priced place on the boardwalk but need to know what kind of place it is before I book. Rideau Motor Inn 1st street and boardwalk puts me in the center of everything. Has a pool and ocean front balcony.

Is it clean, a good spot for kids, just your basic imput would be great..

Everyone has there own opinion - but my family thought it was OK. Please see my pictures. As I stated in my review you can not beat the location - the best I%26#39;ve had!! We sat on our balconey listening to the concert. We had the best time people watching at ALL hours of the night!! What a show!! I need to say that as a kid coming from West York PA - we stayed at the Sun Tan on Baltimore!! I%26#39;ve also stayed at the Seascape and Voyager just to name a few that were OK for my needs - I%26#39;m very low maintance. I don%26#39;t need a fancy room when I%26#39;m at the shore. The pool was great - on the west side so the sun always kept it warm - although I did read a comment that it was closed early when they were there. When you call ask about the pool . One thing I did not mention is that they did not charge an extra 15-20 bucks a night for the third person and they left us in our room before noon which was greatly appreciated after an 8 hour drive.. The down side is the bathroom - clean as it could get considering the age of the motel. Also if you choose this motel request a room on the second floor above the stores. The steps were a bit much to haul things up and down. Please contract me if you need more info.
