fells point with a one year old?

Im thinking og goint to the inner harbor this summer for two nights 3 days with my wife and one year old daughter. Im thinking we can take her to the aquarium and science center in the harbor. Is it worth taking a water taxi to fells point for a day or should wee just stick to iner harbor. Also any suggestions of what to do at inner harbor (besides the science and aquarium) would be appreciated

Fells Point is primarily an area of bars although lately there are several nice shops and boutique shops. But there is definately nothing to entertain a 1 year old. Although she may enjoy the water taxi ride and mom and dad could enjoy a walk and some shopping. Back to the harbor, try www.portdiscovery.org. It is geared to the little ones.

FYI- I%26#39;m pretty sure you aren%26#39;t allowed to take strollers through the aquarium.

The water taxi ride is very nice. And an inexpensive way to get out on the water.

I think you will enjoy Fell%26#39;s Point. There are a couple of specialty toy shops there: amuse toys and Great Bears. It can get a bit rowdy at night when the bar scene gets rolling, but I%26#39;m guess you wouldn%26#39;t be taking a 1 year old out after 9 anyway.

Personal favorite in Fell%26#39;s Point: hot pretzels and lemonade from the stand in the square at Thames and Broadway.
