For yeas of going to The Hobbit it has been replaced with a condo with tales of a space for The hobbit on the first floor. Any new news on this tale?

Yes, the Hobbit has been replaced with ';Rivendale'; condos. The restaurant is going back in but has not opened yet. I believe it is scheduled for spring 2008. The model unit is now open but there%26#39;s a long way to go before completion.
