Vacation Rentals?

Hi!

My family is considering visiting OC for the first time next summer and we would love to rent a vacation home. We are traveling with small children and would like to avoid the bigger party areas. I would love any suggestions for areas/streets where we should either stay or avoid. Also, if you have recommendations on a good realtor, I would love those too.

Thanks so much!

Stay north of 100st to avoid ';party area%26#39;s';.

Enjoy!!

Vacation Rentals?

We go every year and we have two teens, but we have been going since before they were born. We prefer to stay above 60th street. Its a little calmer yet still close enough to everything. You can catch the bus for a couple dollars a day. A night a lot of people that are going clubing ride the bus so they don%26#39;t have to worry about drinking and driving. So if your children are young a bus a night might not be the best choice. If you are on a budget then you may want to consider staying at the Beachcomber Motel (http://www.barefootbeachcomber.com/ ) or if want to spend a little more the Clarion is also a good choice. There is a lot to do in OC for famiies. Mini golf, Frontier Town, the rides, the boardwalk, the boat rides and so much more. I hope you enjoy yourselves.

Before moving to OC, we always vacationed here every year. We always used Coldwell Banker. They have the largest rental selection in OC. They have condos and single family homes. They have mini-weeks and weeks. Go to cbvacations.com. Very easy website to use. I would agree, stay up north.

I would agree to stay up north because it is much more quieter away from the party areas.

Go to www.ocean-city.com and they have a section for real estate. As the previous poster said, Coldwell Banker is a good choice. They have mini-week rentals, weekly rentals, everything. They also have a lot of nice ones for sale in North Ocean City, which is where you want to stay. www.cbvacations.com

Enjoy your vacation!

Hi there,

I just got back from a great Ocean City vacation with the kids. I rented a condo near Ocean City and had a great time. The next time though, I think I will get a beach house in Rehoboth - it%26#39;s a bit quieter, which is nice for me smaller ones.

I used century21newhorizon.com for my rental and found their service impeccable. They have condo rentals and beach house rentals so I plan on using them again for my next OC vacation.

Just my two cents for a good Ocean City Maryland rental.

Have fun!
