Ocean Hideaway 18th .....Consturction???

Hi. I was wondering if anyone could help me. My family and I have a condo booked in Ocean Hideaway on 18th street starting June 30th. We have just been made aware that they are doing some kind of building construction and I was wondering how extensive it is.

We booked the oceanfront condo on the boardwalk for obvious reasons, but we are now worried because we hear that they might be doing balcony work and are not sure of when it will be completed.

If anyone has any information or has seen the condo in person recently, I would really appreciate an update. Our realtor is actually offering a full refund if we chose not to stay here for our vacation. That worries me because most realtors don%26#39;t just offer refunds 2+ weeks prior to check in. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! We just returned from Ocean Hideaway. It was a big and spacious condo and we are glad that we stayed there. The construction is almost done on the building. We stayed in the far south end of the building and we were not disturbed at all. The first 3 units on each floor were still under construction, but the rest were finished. So if I were going again, I would make sure that I stay in units 05-11 on any floor so that you don%26#39;t have to worry about any balcony work or noise when you are there. Hope this helps.
